Read the words out loud
Listen for sentences you would never say to a customer. Replace vague descriptions with specific explanations. Check names, prices, availability, and any promise that could shape a buying decision.
Try the smallest screen
Open the menu, tap the main action, and read a longer page on a phone. Look for clipped headings, tables wider than the screen, and controls that are too close together.
Follow every important link
Start from the homepage and walk through the main journeys. Then open those pages directly and refresh them. Check email and phone destinations as well as their visible labels.
Treat a form as a conversation
Explain what the form is for, ask only for useful details, and show an honest response after submission. A success message is not proof of delivery: test the actual integration before relying on it.
Review the details around the page
Check page titles, descriptions, social previews, icons, and any exported files. Remove old-brand details and draft text. Keep a record of what was tested and what still needs attention.
