Scope of this notice
This notice describes the current ReforgeWeb website preview at reforgeweb.com. Last updated: 13 September 2026. The operator’s legal identity, privacy contact and production hosting practices have not yet been confirmed. This notice must be completed with those details before it can serve as a final production privacy notice.
Information you enter
The sample builder and planning calculators process their inputs in your browser. No AI provider, account database, payment service or enquiry submission service is connected in this version. However, submitting the homepage brief opens the builder with your text in a URL query parameter. That URL is sent to the website server and can appear in browser history, hosting or security logs, and any copies of the URL you share. Do not put confidential or sensitive information in a brief.
Browser preferences
The theme switch stores your light or dark preference in local storage under reforgeweb-theme so the website can remember it on later visits. It remains until you clear the site’s browser data or change the preference. The current site code does not set advertising or analytics cookies or include an analytics tracker. Hosting services may have additional practices that need to be confirmed separately.
Downloads and clipboard
Download buttons create files in your browser and save them to your device. The proposal copy button writes the draft to your clipboard when you request it. You control these files and clipboard contents. The current tools do not save your project to a hosted account. Browser history, downloaded files and any browser-managed form restoration are controlled through your device and browser settings.
Website requests and hosting
Loading a page sends technical information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser headers to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security services may retain request logs to deliver and protect the website. The provider, log contents, retention periods, processing locations and any international transfer arrangements have not yet been verified for production. We do not claim that visiting the website is anonymous or that server-side records do not exist.
Sharing and external websites
The current application does not send tool inputs to an AI, advertising or analytics service. Website requests are processed by the infrastructure serving the site. If you follow an external link, the destination handles information under its own policies. You also control whether you share URLs, copied drafts or downloaded files with other people or services.
Your choices and rights
You can clear the site’s local storage and browser history, remove downloaded files, and avoid entering personal information into the tools. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, or complain to a relevant privacy regulator. The available rights depend on the information and legal basis involved.
Contact and updates
See the Contact page for public contact channels when available. No privacy request channel is currently configured. Before production use, the operator must supply a working contact, identify applicable processing purposes and legal bases, and confirm hosting recipients and retention.
